FRIENDS FOUNDATION 

GOVERNANCE System

 Organization is being managed by the Chief Executive under the supervision of BODs. CE has the technical support of a Manager Programs who oversees the five sectional heads. Each sectional head is the leader of his/her team. The five sections are Health Service Delivery, Training, Accounts and Administration, Projects and M&E. Each sectional head is playing his/her role with the support of a committed field team. The total number of regular staff is 35. The detailed organ gram is appended at Annex-ATo advocate the cause of the Friends Foundation, there is a volunteer’s body of 40 registered members who meet on quarterly basis to review the programmatic and financial performance and to plan advocacy & fund raising strategies. To deal with need based matters, the general body has elected an executive body of nine members who is committed to extend and promote the cause of FF.
