What’s Capacity Building?
In order to mould the behavior of people and to motivate them toward a purposeful positive way through seminars, advocacy sessions and theatre for development, and to set aside the needs and necessities of the people of targeted area or in other way every institution /organization have its own basic aim, so according to this point of view they built the capacity of their team, which prove helpful to mobilize the community in order to eradicate the basic evils from society.What Type of Capacity Building Need for FF.
FF is aiming to reduce the mortality rate, which has become a strong issue to save the life of mother and child, so FF provide the community available services for quality assurance. FF focus to train the Midwives who have magnificent role in this whole process.FF also built the capacity of those people who are holding degrees but have no practical experience. Through its professional training staff provides opportunities to develop them at grass root level..In order to eradicate gender discrimination FF build capacity of girls through skill development trainings so that they become able to move forward in rthe ace of life
FF have strong arrangements to change the behavior of people regarding old traditions, for this purpose it organize different events which are directly or indirectly linked with capacity building like capacity building trainings, advocacy sessions with notables and specially health department staff including Doctors, LHVs, LHs political ,religious leaders nazim &naib nazim.
Objective.
- To create a society where everybody can enjoy their life according to their will
- To provide fruitful interventions especially for young generation.
- To provide awareness and opportunities to pregnant women in order to decrese the ratio of mother and child death.
- To increase the knowledge of people living in remote areas with little knowledge knowledge about their basic needs.
Methodology/ Criteria.
FF training unit has knowledge that how according to the needs of the people arrange different activities for development. So according to issue it provide guide lines to the people for example on MNCH issue it organize advocacy sessions with pregnant women in rural areas and arrange free medical camps for their free antenatal and post natal check up.For the development of women provide the skill of hand made items like embroidery, designing and smokeless stove. It provides the facility of internship to the educated boys’ girls in order to move in the society. But its key intervention is on health and rehabilitation of helpless people.
Out comes.
All these activities left a strong impact on target community.
Now the people of local area have knowledge about their necessities
People started to take interest on the issue of MNCH
Due to the training of our staff lot of people have learnt the skill of first aid that how can they help in an emergency situation to the helpless people.

FF organizes TBAs, First Aid Trainings and Skill development trainings.
