RH Project:
Friends Foundation has implemented the RH project with RAHNUMA in the Tesil Rawalpindi & Taxila. The main objective of the project was to enhance the awareness regarding RH services, Access of community to Reproductive Health services and provision of safe RH services to the community. The main activities of the project were as under:

PAIMAN (Pakistan Initiative for Mother and Newborn)
Friends Foundation has implemented the PAIMAN (Pakistan Initiative for Mother and Newborn) with JSI/USAID in two districts Rawalpindi & Jhelum.  The main Focus of the project was to reduce the IMR-MMR, awareness raising regarding danger signs during pregnancy and delivery, to promote ANC/PNC in the targeted area and capacity building of TBAs. The main activities are as under:

Pakistan Safe drinking Program (PSDWP)
FF has implemented the Pakistan Safe drinking Program (PSDWP) with the support of ABT/USAID in the two districts (Gujarat & Rawalpindi). The objective of the project was to improve the drinking water practices, enchantment of Hand Washing practice, and community involvement in the rehabilitation of the filtration plant. The activities are as under:

Capacity Building Program
Friends Foundation has very special strength on TBAs training on population council model. Population council has considered us the main training consultants in the TBAs training. We have trained so far 330 TBAs on safe deliveries to reduce the MMR-IMR and they are practicing in the area. We have trained TBAs of different projects with NGOs in the many areas of Pakistan. We have trained TBAs in Rawalpindi & Jhelum with Husher in Mansehra, Saiban in Mansehra, ADF in Rawalpindi, with the support of Concern World Wide and Care International.

Friends Foundation has implemented UNDP-NUPAP project in the district Rawalpindi. The main objective of the project was the provision of Water purification plant in Mohalla Raja Sultan and Construction of the sewerage line in Dhoke Ali Akbar in the targeted area. The activities are as under:
